- • Referrals: Each confirmed friend advances you 50 spots; 3 confirmed friends adds 10% extra discount (maximum 50% discount cap).
- • No cost today: Zero money is collected today. No obligation to purchase at release.
1. Eligibility and Spot Limit
The Founding Member Offer is available strictly to the first 500 individuals who submit the waitlist form and successfully verify their email address. Eligibility is limited to one offer per verified person, unique email address, and phone number.
2. Structure of Discount & Price Freeze
Founding members will receive a unique redemption code upon the commercial launch of kaelo. The code confers:
- A 40% discount on the chosen paid subscription plan for the initial 12 continuous months.
- A permanent price freeze guarantee: upon completion of the initial 12 months, the member’s subscription renewal rate will be pegged to the original launch price of that tier and will not be subject to general public price increases.
3. Referral Boost Mechanics & Cap
Each confirmed referral advances the referring member by 50 positions in the beta invitation queue. A referral is deemed valid only when the referred person registers with distinct, valid contact information and confirms their email address.
Members who accrue 3 confirmed referrals unlock an additional 10% discount on their first-year subscription, bringing their total discount to 50%. The total discount across all promotions is strictly capped at 50%.
4. Anti-Fraud & Disqualification
Self-referrals, automated script signups, disposable email aliases, purchased referral traffic, and fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited. kaelo reserves the right to review referral logs, void fraudulent spots, and disqualify abusive accounts from the founding group without notice.
5. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
Founding member status, discount codes, and queue positions are personal to the verified registrant. They have no monetary cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold, bartered, or transferred to third parties.
6. Program Duration & Expiry
The Founding Member Offer closes immediately upon the public launch of kaelo. Redemption codes must be claimed within 60 days of the public launch notification.
7. Modification & Operator Rights
kaelo reserves the right to modify or conclude the pre-launch waitlist program upon reasonable public notice. Any modifications will not diminish rewards or price freeze rights already earned and confirmed by active founding members.
